Rik Hospers

Rik researches how organisations and their leaders can pivot between 'classical'/'self-interested' business goals on the one hand and care for their surrounding social and natural environment on the other, trying to strike a balance between both, and the implications this might or should have for organisational leadership and strategy. He currently does this by re-appropriating the concept of 'stewardship' through a PhD-track with the University of Humanistic Studies and the Theological University Utrecht.
