Project Details
Description
This research focuses in particular on Utrecht residents with mental vulnerability, a mental disability, a history of homelessness and/or non-congenital brain injury. With the action research the partners want to strengthen the cohesion in neighborhoods and districts. In addition, they want to clarify which interventions help residents with support needs and how formal and informal care providers can best work together. What coordination is needed at the administrative level?
