Description
In today's social landscape, there is a growing challenge f keeping long-term care appropriate and future-proof. For years, policies have increasingly emphasized that organized care must collaborate more with informal caregivers. The initiators of the Support Circle Model have two objectives with this project:
1. Practical goal: To map out what happens in support circles of care recipients living at home or near their parents' home and what the contribution and impact of the support circle supporter is on the (reported) quality of care and quality of life.
2. Knowledge objective: To increase insight into how cooperation between informal and formal care can be achieved in an appropriate and future-proof manner.
