Description
To date, little is known about the types of rituals organized in public Secondary Education (VO) in the Netherlands, and the concerns teachers and school leaders identify herewith. In this study, we explore what types of rituals public VO schools in the Netherlands organize, what they think is desirable and what concerns teachers and school leaders encounter.
