Whereas in the exploratory research of 2021 and 2022 the focus was on learning about democratic coexistence from the lived lives of the residents, the task now is to study how the insights gained (can) be put into practice. In addition, it is desirable to further perpetuate the community of practice (CoP) (Wenger, 1998) formed in the previous research.

Waar in het voorgaande onderzoek (2021-2022) de focus lag op het leren over democratisch samenleven vanuit het geleefde leven van de bewoners, is de opdracht nu te bestuderen hoe de verkregen inzichten in de praktijk gebracht (kunnen) worden. Het is daarnaast gewenst de in het vorige onderzoek gevormde community of practice (CoP) (Wenger, 1998) verder te bestendigen.
