Abstract
Geweld in de jeugdzorg is al jaren een belangrijk thema in nieuws en media, en in de Nederlandse politiek en bestuur. Erkenning voor dergelijk historisch, systematisch, en/of institutioneel onrecht is ook een breder maatschappelijk thema. Van trans-Atlantische slavernij tot militair falen, en van schending door multinationals als Shell tot de toeslagenaffaire: Nederland is het toneel van een ‘momentum’ waarin getroffenen van zich laten horen en erkenning willen.
