Persoonlijk profiel
Vanaf 2018 werk ik als universitair docent Educatie bij de UvH, waar ik filosofisch en kwalitatief empirisch onderzoek doe en begeleid naar onderwijs en opvoeding. Ik richt me vooral op morele vorming van kinderen en jongeren en op de beroepsethiek van leraren. Voordat ik bij de UvH ging werken, studeerde ik Bedrijfscommunicatie en Filosofie. In 2012 promoveerde ik op de relevantie van de Aristotelische ethiek voor morele vorming in het onderwijs. Daarna werkte ik acht jaar als lector Beroepsethiek van de leraar bij Fontys Hogescholen, en als research fellow bij het Jubilee Centre for Character and Virtues (UK).
